We made it to church on time and during the Sacrament I asked Gracee who do we remember when we take the bread and water and she looked at me and said "Papa Great?" It was funny, I said "no not grandpa, we think about Jesus." She looked at me and said "oh yeah" and then laughed like silly me how could I forget.
After dinner we visited with Grandma Rooney and Grandpa Clark (who was visiting Grandma Rooney). We also made cookies and took them to our neighbors. While we were there I met my neighbor Renae's sister-in-law from Georgia. I asked her what part of Georgia and she said "Tifton." I of course said my Grandparents served some of their mission there. She looked at me and said "THE CLARKS." What a small world. She proceeded to tell me what a difference they made in the mission and even got a little teary eyed and I got a little teary eyed. She then told me she was sad to hear Grandma passed away and I got a little more teary eyed... I went right home and called Grandpa and told him of my experience and that she had said what a difference he and Grandma had made and I think Grandpa (you guessed it) got a little teary eyed (at least his voice got a little shaky.)
After we delivered cookies we enjoyed some fresh out of the oven. Gracee liked the cookie dough but was done with the cookie after just one bite. (She is certainly related to her Uncle Jonathan.) When she first tried the cookie dough she said "hummy daddy, hummy mommy, hummy!)
We had so much fun hanging out together that when it was bedtime Gracee was entirely too hyper. Emme was exhausted and fell right to sleep, but Gracee would start doing hand stands against the wall if she started to feel tired... I turned some music on and pretended to be asleep, Gracee was still for a long time and I thought she was out... A few moments later her little hand patted my back three times and then a little lower and then she patted my legs. She thought she had put me to bed and was easing off the bed. I tried really hard not to get the giggles. I laughed out loud a little and that was all it took to get her going and get her third wind for the night. I finally had to get Ruffin who I knew could do the job a little more seriously:) Eventually she gave up and hopefully she will get enough rest to go to the State Fair tomorrow!

eat our dinner. (She had already eaten her food)

Jonathan's jealous . . . he wants "hummy" cookie dough! And I love Emme's smile with Anthony. I haven't seen her teeth yet. Great pictures!
I think that the cookie dough pictures are the cutest ones that we have.
