Camping

This past weekend we went camping and it was SO much fun!!! My family has been camping at Warm River campground for years and there is no better spot:) mainly because I have so many good memories of camping there growing up. The few days we were there it was windy and it rained but that didn't stop us from having LOTS of fun:)! When we got there both of my girls were excited to run around and explore. We had lots of yummy food, played some games, made play dough with the kids, and sat around the campfire even in the rain. I was able to sleep in my Grandpa's trailer with my girls so we were really quite comfy! Ruffin got do a little fishing on Saturday and we were all happy that he could spend a few days away from work to camp with us! Emme had a blast the entire two days and Gracee did not want to leave when it was time to go home.
I had fun taking pictures of everyone so here are a few;) of my favorites!

Growing Up Way Too Fast!!!

This picture was taken the end of May 2007 outside the church after Eliza's blessing day. Such sweet little cousins!!!
They have all grown so much in a little less than a year... A lot has changed, Emme has really thinned out, Eliza is sitting up on her own Grace has gotten taller. The one thing that has not changed though is the expression on Gracee's face, so classic that it is almost identical in these pictures!
Eliza and Emme almost a year ago...
I couldn't find a single picture of Emme looking at the camera... It seems she just couldn't take her eyes off little Eliza!!!

Bubbles

Grace was so so so excited for Kolby and Max to come to our house!!! While they were at our house we had fun blowing bubbles.
Grace, Kolby and Max couldn't quite get a bubble going without Amanda's help.
The bubbles got bigger
and bigger but we couldn't ever get them to detach from the hanger and form a bubble in the air... that part was a little disappointing but the kids had fun anyway. (Amanda and I had fun as well:) the kids had all gone inside and we were still in the garage trying to get the bubble to form:)
Since it was so cold outside we were in the garage and they also had fun playing with the sidewalk chalk.
While inside they had fun playing with moon sand
and playdough!
What a fun afternoon! You can imagine that Gracee is still begging to have Kolby and Max come again to play!

Best Surprise Ever!!!

We have church from 1:30 to 4:30... It was one of those Sundays that was simply exhausting!!! Sometimes I go to our ward and I feel like we are the only family that makes noise, I know that it isn't true but today we were definitely the loudest. We sat behind a family with 13 children ranging from newborn to 19 and I am not kidding that they didn't make a sound the whole hour of Sacrament meeting... They probably think we came straight from the zoo! When we got home at 5:00 I was so tired!!!
Around 6 p.m. there was a knock on our front door... My parents were coming over and as I went to open the door I thought it was weird that they would come to the front door. I was TOTALLY surprised to find not my parents on our front porch but Ruffin's Sister Marci, Sean and Eliza!!! They were in Brigham City and decided that we weren't too much farther:) so they came to see us!!! We were all SO excited!!!
Gracee was thrilled to get to spend time with her little cousin Eliza!!Gracee took Aunt Marci straight to her bedroom and got a book for Marci to read to her, of course that made them instant friends!Leave it to Uncle Sean to have a bottle of bubbles on hand to keep the girls entertained:)!When Emme woke up she was shaking with excitement to find Eliza at our house! They had a ball playing with each other.
In this picture Emme leaned down as if to say Your not going to take that off are you?Eliza got the headband off and Emme seemed to say I can't believe it Eliza, we do not take bows off in this house!!!
Gracee, Emme and Eliza all had SO much fun playing dress up!!!
If the shoe fits... of course you are a princess!
Thanks for coming so far to visit us we are glad you came even though it was only for a few hours! Grace and Emme miss Eliza already! After tonight I can see many years of pretend play and dress up for these cute little princesses!
