We watched the parade and Loved it. One of my favorite parts of the parade... Lucie's excitement, it was so fun to watch her see what was coming and see how excited she would get!

Disneyland Day Four & a Celebration
Our Christmas Eve was unusual this year but FUN. Our first ride today was Toy Story in California Adventure. Due to the long line and no fast pass for this ride we limited our rides to once maybe twice a day on it. It was one of our favorites!
Right next to Toy Story is Mickey's Swinging Gondolas... We were excited at first.
A little nervous when it began to start.
And TERRIFIED when it began to swing... We didn't know what we were thinking getting on this ride... When we finally made it full circle you can imagine our dismay when they took us around again!
And of course we had to get our picture in front of the entrance to Disneyland.

After the parade we rode several more rides.
Met some more princesses.
In the evening we walked around and in between riding the rides we enjoyed all the Christmas lights. Everything was lit up and so pretty.
Today we celebrated Emme's birthday. Since her birthday was only four days away and Ruffin wasn't going to be with us on her real birthday we thought it would be fun. Fun is an understatement. Celebrating Emme's birthday at Disneyland = one of the happiest days of her life:). We got this pin for her and she wore it ever so proudly and lit up every time a staff member or charactar would say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY, EMME!" At the end of the day one tired worker seemed to overlook the pin and so she stood in front of him quite close and held the pin up so he could see... Emme, you are so sweet and I love you!

I will ALWAYS remember celebrating your birthday at Disneyland. Such a happy day:)!

Oh! I need all of these printed out!! Especially that one of Emme and I on the swinging gondolas! That is classic! Looking at the pictures makes me want to go again! We had such a fun time!!
That looks like SO much fun! We thought about going in February (Kate really wants to see where the princess live) but the more we looked into it (hotel prices, food costs, gas, ect.) we found it was going to be really expensive. Any tips for a good deal?
