Halloween {2009}

At the end of the day I asked Gracee and Emme what their favorite part of the day was and they excitedly rambled off every thing we had done. I love their excitement for little things.
Highlights from our Day..
*We went to the grocery store all dressed up because they were having what they called a cart or treat. Different departments decorated carts and passed out candy. Their favorite cart was Cinderella's stage coach. If I hadn't needed to pick up a few things we wouldn't have gone but I am glad we did, they are still talking about Cinderella.*For lunch we went to Mcdonalds. They were extra excited because we rarely go there. Getting a Happy Meal was definitely a highlight of their day because they have carried around their little ponies everywhere since.
*Trunk-or-treating. They had a ball running from trunk to trunk. Emme would get her candy and as she was running to the next trunk she would yell "Happy halloween!"
While we were there we saw some of Gracee and Emme's friends from church.

*Our last stop for the night was a party at Aunt Kaye's house. Aunt Kaye always has a fun party on Halloween and my girls love her and playing at her house. We ate yummy food and played games.Gracee and Emme looking at all their candy. They finished it all that night...Ok really they had one piece and I have the rest hidden. Each week I put a couple pieces in our church bag. It should last a couple months!
While we played a few of games they watched a carebear movie... A perfect end to such a FUN day!
