Christmas Day 2008

Christmas morning was so much fun especially with the excitement of two little girls:)! Gracee and Emme could hardly take the anticipation waiting to go see what Santa had brought them. We made them wait a little while before they went out to the living room and it probably seemed like an eternity to them.
Here they are waiting... Gracee has never smiled so big:)
Making their way to the living room.
Emme was the first to run to her stocking and was so excited to see that Santa had come.
Gracee absolutely loved unwrapping all her gifts and had the sweetest smile on her face all morning!
Gracee was excited to get Fancy Nancy books! She also got several games including a Fancy Nancy game, lots of clothes (including two new tank tops), and barbies. The toy that was probably her favorite was the doctor kit Emme gave her which she absolutely loves to get out and check EVERYONES health:)!
Gracee gave Emme this little dog for Christmas and Emme loves it! Emme also got clothes, a princess doll and barbie, books, beads, a stroller and some other fun toys.
After we opened all our Christmas presents we headed to Uncle Frank's for Christmas Breakfast... We always eat lots of yummy foods, and play games. I didn't see Gracee and Emme much the whole afternoon because they were quite busy playing with their cousins.
Gracee and Emme were extra tired from all the fun!
On our way home we stopped at my Grandpa's house to give him some Christmas presents and I loved this picture of Emme snuggled up with him. Emme loves her "papa!"
We had such a wonderful Christmas Day! I am grateful for the season to celebrate our Savior's birth. It was also great to be with family and share the day with them!

Liz did you seriously fix your girls' hair before you let them see their Santa gifts??? You crack me up.
Looks like you guys had a fun christmas! I'm totally jealous of all the family time you get up there in Idaho.
