Loose Tooth

A couple of days ago it really hit me just how quickly the next month is going to fly by and before I know it Gracee will be starting school. I am definitely going to be among those mothers who cries, I feel like crying just thinking about it... Anyway that particular night that I had been thinking about it alot Ruffin got done putting the girls to bed and announced that Gracee had a loose tooth. I hoped he was kidding but sure enough when Gracee came into my bed at 6 o'clock the next morning she told me half asleep with a big grin on her face "mom I have a loose tooth." I told her not to wiggle it and we both slept for a little longer. She was SO excited and talked about her loose tooth NON stop. She asked me why I told her not to wiggle it and I told her it was just because I didn't want her to grow so fast and assured her it was a good thing to wiggle it.
Her loose tooth... If you look real close you can see the new tooth is coming in behind it so we are hoping it falls out sooner rather than later.
And because Gracee wants to add her own words to this post about herself, this is Gracee:

love gracee love mom love emme love dad love lucie love oliveu

These are Gracee's favorite words. Her newly added word that she sounded out by herself is Olivia. I think she did a great job for her first time trying to spell it.

isn't it crazy when they are old enough to have loose teeth?! Livi had teeth that grew in behind her baby ones..and in some instances the baby teeth won't fall out...so we had Livi's pulled. Didn't hurt her, but it made room for her new teeth. Might want to ask the dentist...
