It seems that I soon forgot the above mentioned story...I only left our morning art project for a minute to answer my phone.
When I came back into the room about 2 minutes and 30 seconds later this is what I found...
Emme even nibbled the top off of some of the markers.
Of course Emme didn't color her legs all by herself she had some good help:)
Emme kept saying "pretty, pretty!" Gracee was delighted to show me Emme's toenails that she "painted all by her own self!" I was just in shock they could color SO FAST!
I have since had to hide the markers so they are no longer accessible to my little artists!

That is EXACTLY the reason we changed to Crayola Color Wonder markers. They only draw on the special paper.

Your little monkeys sure have a knack for making messes. It's a good thing they're adorable!!
Thank goodness they weren't permanent! My girls have done that to, but only on their nails. So much fun! ;)
I hope it wasn't to hard to clean up!! What a mess!!
oh my heck! good thing you took pictures the girls will love this when they are older.
